How long does it take to process and ship my order?
The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on your location, the item(s) ordered. All shipments take place in two stages: processing and shipping.
We’ll let you know the estimated processing time on each item’s product page, as well as in the shopping cart.
Shipping time will vary based on your location. Once your order ships, we’ll email you an order tracking number so you can check on your order’s progress. If you order more than one item, items may ship separately—at no extra cost to you.
How can I check and track the status of my order?
Once you place your order, we will email you a link to your Order Tracking page. (If you do not receive this email, please check your spam filters.) You can also track your order by following the link below and entering your order number and billing email.
On the order tracking page, you will be able to see whether each of the items in your order is "In Process" or has "Shipped." "Shipped Complete" – means that every item in your order has begun shipment and is en route to you.
What are your shipping options and charges?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders.
If you want to choose shipping methods, please contact us, we will make appropriate adjustments, the price based on your choice.
What do I do if all or part of an order hasn’t arrived?
If you ordered more than one item, items may ship separately—at no extra cost to you—depending on which warehouse they’re coming from.
You can check the status of all the items in your order by going to our Track Your Order page and entering your order number.
